#17: Christian Little

Presence On and Off the Court

Welcome to another episode of Sauce Talk, a podcast about sports, meditation, and the mind. Today’s podcast is an interview with Christian Little.

Christian is a 6’2” guard from  La Salle High School in Pasadena, California. Little signed with Division II Regis University, where he was named Co-Freshman player of the Year, was twice First Team All-RMAC, and once Second Team All-RMAC. He helped Regis win its first RMAC Championship in School history, and was named to the All-Tournament team in the process. He broke school record in steals and games played. He finished second all time in assists, made free throws and minutes played. He also finished third all time in defensive rebounds, and ninth all time in rebounds in general, a remarkable feat for a point guard.

On the podcast we discuss Christian’s experience with the recruiting process, how he made his presence felt when he showed up to campus, winning the RMAC Championship, Christian’s philosophy on talking shit, the influence of his Mom, signing with an agent to go pro, and other topics.
